The first snowfall of 2025 packed a punch! A good 11 inches fell, add in the wind gusts and being in a low area it proved to be more than we could handle. Took to Facebook to get recommendations since our “normal” guy wasn’t able to do it. So many people posted they were available to provide service, however none were able to commit and follow through. That’s when I found Casey and sent a message- within minutes he responded and within 1 hour he was at our place and busy working. This was not a simple job because it has been four days since it has snowed and the melting and freezing made our drive more like an ice rink. Being a small business owner in Ohio I took on a job in Kentucky and needed an excavator on short notice. I jumped some hoops to find one and was put in touch with this company. I called him and we met at the job an hour later. He was professional, knowledgeable and the follow through with communication was fantastic. I hired him needless to say. Called the week before Christmas. Casey came out same day to give us a quote. Came back two days later with his crew and got to work. Finished the same day!
